I have covered Mystique and Rogue, so it's quite natural to continue with this family reunion and add Nightcrawler aka Kurt Wagner to the mix. He first appeared in 1975 and remains as one of Marvel's icons and most recognizable characters. Kurt is various blend of traits that make him more or less unique. First, there is this ungodly appearance. Then we have that fact that he used to be a circus member [or freak, whatever you choose] and even though he has been given a very bad hand in life, the man is a devoted Christian and apparently German. he is the son of Mystique and a demon named Azazel and yes, his mother threw him off a waterfall [since a reader asked, I felt obliged to google], but to save her own life and not because she wanted to save him or anything. Kurt is an acrobatic genius and also teleports. As you can see, there is quite a lot to this character.
